Which file types can I redact?
Any document can be redacted provided that you have converted it to PDF format. Most packages (such as those in Microsoft Office) offer free conversion to PDF under the Save As menu.

The whole process is online, so you don’t need software.
How do I search for words or phrases?

Click into the keyword/pattern search field to find and redact all instances of a particular type of PII, such as phone numbers, email addresses, and credit card numbers.
